Attorneys on behalf of the Columbia, Missouri-based Islamic American Relief Agency (IARA-USA) have released a new statement accusing the Associated Press of publishing a "misleading" report and insisting that IARA-USA is "separate and completely unrelated" to the Islamic African Relief Agency (IARA) in Khartoum, Sudan--named on Oct. 13, 2004 by the U.S. Treasury Department as a specially designated global terrorist entity.
